Online Therapy

Because getting therapy shouldn’t be a hassle.

Why would I want that?

  • Online counseling is ideal for those who travel for work or have extremely hectic work schedules. They can continue their therapy without a concern about their travel schedule interfering with appointments.

  • It allows college students to be able to continue services during their time at school.  This is especially helpful for freshmen who are adjusting to life away from home for the first time.  A familiar therapist with an established relationship is one less adjustment to make.

  • Sometimes arranging for childcare makes counseling more difficult and adds to the cost.  Parents can now benefit from counseling without having to arrange for a sitter.  First-time parents and parents of newborns are able to seek support during a very trying (although joyous) time.

  •  If transportation or distance is a problem, online counseling is a great option.

  •  When you or a child becomes ill, there is no need to reschedule the appointment.  

By making therapy readily accessible online,  it's easy for clients to receive the care they want when they need it most.

What can I expect?

Online therapy won't feel much different than an in-person visit.  You'll make an appointment in the same way, and the fees are the same.
